From initial research, I found that the CITY OF SYDNEY has banned bill posters, since 2006, from being placed anywhere of the city except for 7 designated telegraph poles.

Bill Posters are pollutants to the environments after rain and condensation. They get caught up in the waterways and flow out to sea. The council is getting sick of cleaning it up once a month.
What happens when there's too much on one pole.What if there was a space to freely advertise your cause, voice, musical, band, and etc for free which would reach the public to view?
